Job Description:

The ecologyst Educator / Customer Experience (CX) Specialist’s role is to inspire and educate. As both an Educator and a CX Specialist, your main role is to provide the ultimate experience for our customers. You are responsible for delivering product knowledge, connecting with your community, customer service, and engagement through conservation of the natural world around us. You will own our online order fulfillment and assist in inventory management. Our goal is to have our customers learn something new from their experience and be empowered to make choices because of it, whether it is on the shop floor, over email, or on the phone.

Responsibilities:

Product Leader: You lead through a love for both our product and brand. You create compelling stories and clearly communicate to our customers and community - educating and enabling easy decision making through every contact point. You ask questions, seek support, find solutions, and you concisely communicate. You keep climbing!

Problem-solving: You are a do-er who both recognizes and achieves ways to leave it better. You are able to strategize and implement solutions even when the going gets tough, as we crush summits. You’re going above and beyond to leave a brighter tomorrow, today.

Our goal is to have our customers leave our stores having learned something new from their experience and empowered to make choices because of it.

  • Product Education: communicate the features and benefits of our product assortment authentically through storytelling and connection. You treat our customers the same as you would a guest in your home.
  • Culture: You are committed to leaving the world better than you found it. You bring fun, respect, authenticity, excitement, passion, and knowledge to what you do every day.
  • Community: You love people and you love our planet. You can’t wait to connect with others over favourite travel spots, the cities best hikes or your secret surf spot.
