Shipping costs vary depending on the country, costs are displayed in USD. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ecologyst is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Canada Returns / Exchanges

Return shipping is FREE for orders within Canada.

We want you to love your gear. Size wasn’t quite right? Let’s get you set up with the right size. Style didn’t suit you? Let’s get you into something you love. If you really aren’t loving it we can offer a store credit or full refund. We are sure we can help you find something you love.

We offer exchanges and returns on Ecologyst apparel and accessories. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original tags must be attached. We can offer an exchange, store credit or full refund to the original payment method.

Shipping Protection is non-refundable.

To initiate a return or exchange head to our RETURNS PORTAL, you’ll need your order number. Returns must be initiated within 14 days upon original order delivery. Your return package must be dropped off at your nearest post office within 7 days of receiving your return label.

In-store purchases using a debit card cannot be returned for a refund unless the card is present in store. In-store debit refunds completed online will only be eligible to receive store credit.

Non-returnable items include; Last Chance, Second Life, intimates, athletic wear/next to skin garments, masks, personal care products, scent products, stickers, and gift cards.

Items purchased with a promotion (discount 25% or more) are final sale.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders

We’ve partnered with SavedBy Package Protection— an optional add-on that can help cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen packages. We do everything that we can to make sure the package gets to you, but in cases when issues arise SavedBy can help.

SavedBy Package Protection cost varies depending on the price of your order. It will automatically calculate once you begin to add items to your cart.

SavedBy Package Protection is not required, but it can help speed up the process of resolving issues related to shipping. And in some cases where packages may not be covered by us, SavedBy can help where we wouldn’t be able to.
