Fix-It Program 

At ecologyst, we create purposeful goods that are made to last. And we mean really last. But occasionally things happen - hems come undone, buttons come loose, things need fixing... And that is okay. We've got you covered if construction repairs are needed.

We choose repairing before replacing. When a good needs repairing, we are committed to taking the route of the smallest footprint. Generally, this means that we will repair a good before replacing. Read more about this in our ecologyst guarantee

Returns

Returns and exchanges must be conducted within 30 days of purchase, after 30 days we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original tags must be attached. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift Cards
  • Apothecary
  • Stickers
  • Surf Boards

Online purchases may be returned in store or by contact us at info@ecologyst.com or 1-833-387-8080 to mail back a return.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and we recommend using a tracking number. Any goods sent with charges incurred upon delivery will not be accepted. If we do not receive your return and it has no tracking number, we will be unable to process a refund.

All exchange and return packages must include a note depicting: Name, Order number, a reason for refund or item you wish to exchange for as well as a return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note this can take several business days.

If an item arrives and an exchange is requested for an item no longer in stock you will be contacted directly. 

International Returns:

When shipping items for return or exchange indicate on the box or to the Postal agent that it is a ‘Returning Canadian Good’. If this is not indicated returning goods will face additional charges at the border or be rejected. As customs can often slow down the return process an email must be sent to info@ecologyst.com indicating an expected return of goods.
