Promotion Conditions

Items purchased under a promotion or bundle are returnable for exchange or store credit, no refunds. Terms may change if specified, please see promotion specific terms below. Store credit is given out in the form of a digital gift card sent to your email inbox. Promotions cannot be stacked with other offers. We do not offer price adjustments on past orders.

All Ecologyst apparel and accessories are included in this prize, except surfboards and lifestyle product. Regular shipping conditions apply.

Second Life:

All Second Life purchases are final sale unless the item is not in the condition described by the seller. If that situation occurs, you can open a dispute process; if we confirm the dispute, we will offer a refund and ask you to return the item. If an item arrives and you don’t love it we welcome you to post it on Second Life. Promotions do not apply to Second Life items.

All Second Life items purchased in-store are final sale. 

Nagnata / Begg x Co:

Promotions do not apply to Nagnata or Begg x Co items.

Intimates/athletic wear garments are final sale. Items that don't qualify as intimates or athletic wear are eligible for exchange or store credit, no refunds. Original tags must be attached and garment must be in the original state.

Preordering Process

Items flagged with a “Pre-Order” icon are items that are currently unavailable in our online and physical shops, but that are expected to arrive within a certain amount of time. To pre-order an item is to purchase it before it is available with the understanding that it will ship at a later date. Other items purchased under the same order number as a pre-ordered product will be sent out at the same time as the pre-order.

The estimated shipping date is stated on the product page during the allotted pre-order duration. This is an estimated date of which the order will be packaged and shipped, and is subject to change due to manufacturing and/or delivery delays at any time. We cannot guarantee the item will be shipped by the original date stated on the product display page. 

The standard 3 to 7 business day wait from the estimated shipment date to arrival of the package still applies to pre-orders. Shipments will be made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Kindly manage your expectations as pre-order estimated shipping dates are often 2 to 4 weeks out from the day you place your order. 

All pre-orders made are considered as sold on the day of payment. Pre-orders cannot be exchanged or altered prior to order fulfillment. If you need to return or exchange an item that has been pre-ordered, please email info@ecologyst.com for assistance. Our Returns Portal doesn’t accept returns past 21 days which could affect initiating an exchange of your pre-order.

Repair Services

We create purposeful goods that are made to last. Occasionally things happen - hems come undone, buttons come loose, things need fixing —and that is okay. We've got you covered if construction repairs are needed.  

Repair services apply to Ecologyst apparel that breaks down through standard use. Headwear will be repaired, if possible. We do not have the capability to repair buckles at our factory. 

These services apply to clothing purchased in-store or online after January 1, 2015 with a verifiable record of purchase (ie. order number or order confirmation email) and attached ecologyst labels.  Make sure you get a receipt at the time of purchase to make sure you can take advantage of the repairs program.

How it works:

  1. To submit an item for repair send us an email at info@ecologyst.com with photos and a detailed description of what you’re hoping to have repaired. If the area in need of a repair is hard to spot please tag the blemish with a piece of tape so we don’t miss anything. 
  2. Our team works directly with your clothing, for health and safety reasons we only accept laundered and clean clothing for repairs. If a garment arrives dirty or unwashed, you will be charged a cleaning fee. 
  3. The  garment must be sent with a note attached of the desired repair along with your contact information.
  4. Our team works hard to make sure you can get your garments back as soon as possible. We will have them sent back to you within 4-6 weeks of the date we receive your item.
  5. Once repaired, we will ship your item back so it can continue being a beloved piece in your wardrobe.

We offer free shipping for repairs within Canada for garments that fall within our policy and were purchased after January 1,2015. Get in touch with us at info@ecologyst.com for more information.

Item Exclusions: Home and lifestyle products, surfboards, belts and next-to-skin garments such as socks, masks, and long johns.

Damage Exclusions: Moth damage, stains, extreme use, misuse cases, and incorrect care/washing are excluded from our repair services. Please read the care labels for directions on how to effectively look after your garments, and get in touch if you have any questions.

Mobile Message Service Terms & Conditions

The ecologyst mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by ecologyst (“ecologyst ”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to ecologyst’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of ecologyst through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any provincial, state, or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
