Items purchased under a promotion are final sale. Items purchased as a bundle are returnable for exchange or store credit, no refunds. Terms may change if specified, please see promotion specific terms below. Store credit is given out in the form of a digital gift card sent to your email inbox. Promotions cannot be stacked with other special offers. We do not offer price adjustments on past orders.

Second Life:
Promotions do not apply to Second Life items. When purchasing Second Life items you acknowledge that these goods are flawed and you have an understanding of their condition. These items are final sale.
Nagnata / Begg x Co:
Promotions do not apply to Nagnata or Begg x Co items.
Intimates/athletic wear garments are final sale. Items that don't qualify as intimates or athletic wear are eligible for exchange or store credit, no refunds. Original tags must be attached and garment must be in the original state.
Last Chance:
Items purchased under the Last Chance collection are final sale. Sale items cannot be stacked with other offers. We do not offer price adjustments on past orders.
Preordering Process
Items flagged with a “Pre-Order” icon are items that are currently unavailable in our online and physical shops, but that are expected to arrive within a certain amount of time. To pre-order an item is to purchase it before it is available with the understanding that it will ship at a later date. Other items purchased under the same order number as a pre-ordered product will be sent out at the same time as the pre-order.
The estimated shipping date is stated on the product page during the allotted pre-order duration. This is an estimated date of which the order will be packaged and shipped, and is subject to change due to manufacturing and/or delivery delays at any time. We cannot guarantee the item will be shipped by the original date stated on the product display page.
The standard 3 to 7 business day wait from the estimated shipment date to arrival of the package still applies to pre-orders. Shipments will be made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Kindly manage your expectations as pre-order estimated shipping dates are often 2 to 4 weeks out from the day you place your order.
All pre-orders made are considered as sold on the day of payment. Pre-orders cannot be exchanged or altered prior to order fulfillment. If you need to return or exchange an item that has been pre-ordered, please email info@ecologyst.com for assistance. Our Returns Portal doesn’t accept returns past 21 days which could affect initiating an exchange of your pre-order.
Repair Services
We design garments with longevity in mind, but sometimes wear and tear is inevitable—hems loosen, buttons fall off, and small fixes are needed. When that happens, we’re here to help with construction repairs to keep your pieces in rotation for years to come
- To request a repair, email info@ecologyst.com with photos and a detailed description of the issue. If the repair area is hard to spot, please mark it with a piece of tape to ensure nothing is overlooked.
- For the health and safety of our team, we can only accept clean, laundered garments for repairs. If an item arrives unwashed, a dry-cleaning fee will apply.
- When sending your item, please include a note with your contact information and details of the requested repair.
- Our team carefully restores each piece by hand, and we aim to return your repaired garment within 8-10 weeks from the date we receive it. Once complete, we’ll ship it back to you, ready to be worn and loved for years to come.
Repair services apply to Ecologyst apparel (only) which require care through standard use.
These services apply to clothing purchased in-store or online after January 1, 2015 with a verifiable record of purchase (ie. order number or order confirmation email) and attached Ecologyst labels. Please ensure to obtain a receipt at the time of purchase in order to be eligible for the repairs program.
Item Exclusions: Headwear, next-to-skin garments such as socks, masks, and long johns. Damage Exclusions: Moth damage, stains, extreme use, misuse cases, and incorrect care/washing are excluded from our repair services. Please read the care labels for directions on how to effectively care for your garments, and reach out if you have any questions.
We offer repairs within Canada for garments that fall within our policy and were purchased after January 1, 2015.
- An invoice for $25 will be sent via email, covering shipping and repairs, unless otherwise arranged through prior email correspondence.
- Local drop-off and pick-up are complimentary, unless otherwise arranged through prior email correspondence.
- If a garment requires dry cleaning, an additional invoice will be issued

Mobile Message Service Terms & Conditions

The ecologyst mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by ecologyst (“ecologyst ”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to ecologyst’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of ecologyst through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any provincial, state, or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
