WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION OF THE GARMENT?
From the second I saw this sweater, back in 2007, I knew I NEEDED one! Then when you guys brought it back in the new organic cotton, I immediately preordered 2! One for my hubby and me!Â
DESCRIBE A TIME WHEN YOU WORE THIS GARMENT OUTSIDE.
HOW DID IT PERFORM?
This is my go-to sweater for heading too and from work, for hikes along the beach, for errand runs, 4x4 trips and camping. I don't think there hasn't been a place I haven't worn it, okay well... not to a wedding!Â
HOW DOES THIS PRODUCT MAKE YOU FEEL?Â
It is like a perfectly fitting cozy blanket and makes me feel like I'm getting a constant perfect hug.
HOW OFTEN HAVE YOU WORN IT?
I wear this weekly since I got it in the mail a couple of years ago!Â
WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE FABRIC?
I love the organic cotton! The tight weave keeps me warm and keeps the cool coastal wind out! The only thing that saddens me is that it feels a bit lighter than the burgundy zip up hoodie I bought a year and a half earlier. I loved the tougher thicker sweatshirts/hoodies you guys had... I can't say enough about the amazingly thick, and exceptional organic cotton fabric that they have. Whatever you guys have done supersedes all the other organic fabric I've bought and worn! This goes for the t-shirts and sweatshirts! The cotton that you guys have found regulates my body temperature as good as a merino sweater I have!
DID YOU FOLLOW THE WASHING/DRYING INSTRUCTIONS WHEN CLEANING THE GARMENT? IF NOT, HOW DID YOU CLEAN IT?
I do follow the instructions and it has been washed an unknown amount of times. I must confess that it has gotten accidentally in the dryer a few times, but that didn't change a thing, it still has it's colour and shape!Â
DID THE GARMENT CHANGE AFTER USE?
It hasn't changed at all!! It doesn't stretch out in between washes, which really proves the quality of the organic cotton! Bravo guys! I wish everyone knew about this sweater!

HOW WOULD YOU IMPROVE THIS PRODUCT?Â
Hard to improve this hoodie, love the length, the high neck, the fabric (although I found it a fraction lighter than your regular zip-up hoodie), AND of course the trademark ecologyst tree on the back!!!
TELL US A STORY ABOUT YOU IN THIS GARMENT.
I have - a number of times - had people asking me if it was an ecologyst hoodie. Of course, I start on my sheer love of it and how you guys have made it a sustainable fabric, made in Canada and how it's even better than the old Peak Hoody! Everytime I'm done my rave the other person is smiling and excitedly curious. I always hope they get their own!
HOW DO YOU LIKE TO SPEND YOUR WEEKEND?
I love to spend my weekend with a little, or big adventure mixed with some downtime by a fire inside or out! I need to be either at the sea, in the trees or in my jeep, with my dogs exploring our precious Island! I love to be by myself in these adventures, or with my hubby, or friends or family.
WHAT'S ONE WAY THAT YOU LEAVE THINGS BETTER?
I always leave it better than when I came! I refuse to leave garbage I find (and I can't believe how often I find it!). I also try to only buy products from companies that give back to others, to the planet and are self-sustaining.
