The Womens Light Wool Short, a sophisticated addition to your summer wardrobe that’s designed first and foremost for comfort and longevity. Made in Canada from 100% washable Merino Wool, this fabric feels and wears like a flannel with the design lines of a modern bermuda short.

A high waisted fit with a relaxed leg, this short is fitted in the right places and loose where you need it making it easy to transition from work to play. Finished with belt loops, patch back pockets, and front angle pockets - these are perfect for tucking in a light shirt or pairing with an untucked short sleeve button up.

We sourced the softest New Zealand ZQ certified wool, that was then milled in Italy to produce this buttery-soft light-weight merino. Our shorts use Corozo buttons, made from the seeds of the tagua palm tree - chosen because they are natural, durable, and scratch-resistant alternatives to plastic.

Best of all, this breathable merino wool is both machine and hand washable - we recommend a cold wash on a delicate setting, and then either hang to air dry or put in the dryer on low. As with all-natural fibers, machine wash and dry will wear the fibers more quickly and is less energy efficient.

Female model is 5'8" and wears a size 6.

Light Wool is all-natural and anti-microbial, meaning they really don't need to be washed often. If you wash them, here's how:

  • Hand Wash: Cold water wash then hang to air dry.
  • Machine Wash: Cold water on delicate cycle, hang to dry or in the dryer on low.
For Nature
