WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION OF THE GARMENT?
Lovely design, itchy fabric.

HOW DID IT PERFORM?
The Crew performed very well. I wore this garment with a wool plaid shirt over top and stayed warm and cozy on late winter days when the north wind was crisp.
HOW DOES THIS PRODUCT MAKE YOU FEEL?
Great! Can't wait to use it more.
HOW OFTEN HAVE YOU WORN IT?
Approximately once a week.
WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE FABRIC?
The fabric is quite itchy, hard to avoid with wool, but I think this could be a little off-putting to potential customers.
DID YOU FOLLOW THE WASHING/DRYING INSTRUCTIONS WHEN CLEANING THE GARMENT? IF NOT, HOW DID YOU CLEAN IT?
Yes, I followed the washing/drying instructions.
DID THE GARMENT CHANGE AFTER USE?
It shrunk a small amount in length, but that is all!
DID THE GARMENT MEET YOUR NEEDS?
Yes, it fit my lifestyle needs very well.
HOW WOULD YOU IMPROVE THIS PRODUCT?
I'd only change two things:
- the scratchy feeling of the fabric (if possible)
- make the fit slightly looser so you can fit a thin layer underneath (also helps with the scratchy feeling)
TELL US A STORY ABOUT YOU IN THIS GARMENT.
I was wearing this garment sitting outside on a March day. One of those days in March when it's summer in the sun and winter in the shade as Charles Dickens' said. We had just tapped a bunch of maple trees for sap and had started boiling it down to syrup. I was minding the fire while wearing the Stanfield. I took some time to close my eyes and listen, I counted which birds I could hear and noted a few that had already returned from their winter migrations. It gave me a wonderful feeling of spring & summer to come!

Gardening, camping, canoeing, hiking, planning the next adventure, or just chilling out!
WHAT'S ONE WAY THAT YOU LEAVE THINGS BETTER?
I am extremely conscious of lowering my waste production and caring for Mother Earth. I work in the environmental field, doing ecological restoration work and consulting on projects to build and I plant gardens using native Ontario plants.
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE TO TELL US?
I love ecologyst and what the brand represents and stands for. I also 100% stand behind the decision to change the name based on the company's reasoning.
