WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION OF THE GARMENT?
I absolutely loved the tan coloured Camp Cap as soon as I saw it. That label though!
DESCRIBE A TIME WHEN YOU WORE THIS GARMENT OUTSIDE.
HOW DID IT PERFORM?
My girlfriend Alex and I made a trip up the Sea to Sky gondola to check out the swingbridge and the views over Howe Sound. It was a super windy day but my Camp Cap has a snug and comfy fit. I had no concerns about it being taken by the wind. It also gave me great protection as it started to rain!
HOW DOES THIS PRODUCT MAKE YOU FEEL?
I'm stoked to have my camp cap as my adventure buddy everywhere I go (sorry Alex).
HOW OFTEN HAVE YOU WORN IT?
I've had my cap for just over two weeks and have worn it almost every time I walk out the door.
WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE FABRIC?
100% cotton waxed canvas makes this cap feel comfortable and durable, ready for any kind of weather. The canvas marks slightly when scratched nad bumped around, giving it a real rustic feel that changes over time and makes it super cool and unique!
DID YOU FOLLOW THE WASHING/DRYING INSTRUCTIONS WHEN CLEANING THE GARMENT? IF NOT, HOW DID YOU CLEAN IT?
No need for cleaning yet, but I can't imagine I'd have to!
DID THE GARMENT CHANGE AFTER USE?
My cap hasn't changed too much in a short time, even after being in the rain for a while. I can only see it getting better with time!
HOW WOULD YOU IMPROVE THIS PRODUCT?
I'm 100% set on this cap being just the way it is and could not recommend any changes. It's a sleek design and I really love the simple leather label. Less is more!
TELL US A STORY ABOUT YOU IN THIS GARMENT.
A sunny afternoon on Green Lake dock in Whistler, the wind started to pick up and actually blew my cap off of my bag and into the water as I was photographing. I thought I'd almost lost it as it drifted away, but thankfully the wind and waves pushed it closer to me and I was able to fish it back without having to go for a freezing cold dip!
HOW DO YOU LIKE TO SPEND YOUR WEEKEND?
I love being in the outdoors and adventuring. Photography is a huge passion of mine and being surrounded by the natural beauty we have in BC makes me live in the moment and appreciate how lucky we are to have such incredible landscapes.
WHAT'S ONE WAY THAT YOU LEAVE THINGS BETTER?
I'm a huge believer in the "pack it in, pack it out" rule. If you take something on a hike/adventure, or anywhere in that matter, take it all home with you. This includes picking up after others and respecting our nature trails.
