Log in to your ecologyst account (create an account if you do not have one) and click “Sell a Second Life Product”. Choose the item you want to sell and follow the prompts. Remember to provide complete and accurate information about the item’s condition, since you will only get store credit when the buyer confirms its condition.

Ecologyst reviews all Second Life submissions, and has the right to approve or deny listings.

Once approved, we encourage you to share your listing! The more you share, the higher the chance of selling it.

You can sell any product you previously purchased or received from ecologyst no earlier than 2015. Once approved, we will place it in the Second Life Collection for a customer to purchase.

You are welcome to name your price, but we will recommend a price based on the item’s age and condition. We will then add a fixed amount to the listing price to cover shipping charges.

As soon as a customer purchases your item, you will be sent a prepaid trackable shipping label, and must send the item within 3 business days. You do not have to pay extra for shipping.

Please carefully & neatly pack your item ensuring it has been appropriately laundered, and drop it off with the shipping label at the nearest post office.

When the buyer confirms that the item has arrived in the condition described, you will receive a digital gift card in the amount of your listing (minus the $10 shipping fee added to the purchase price)

You must provide recent and accurate product photos for your resale request to be approved. Second Life requests without a recent photo will not be approved. We may ask for additional photos if needed.

You will find actual ecologyst customers reselling their pre-owned but gently worn ecologyst gear. Items shown are sold by an ecologyst customer and they will ship the order directly to you.

You will pay in the same way as with a new ecologyst item: our secure checkout. Simply “Add to Cart” and checkout as usual.

Our sellers will fulfill your order in less than 3 business days. The item will ship with a tracking number, and should typically arrive no more than 4 days after it is shipped. If you also purchased new gear those items will be shipped separately 

All Second Life purchases are final sale unless the item is not in the condition described by the seller. If that situation occurs, you can open a dispute process; if we confirm the dispute, we will offer a refund and ask you to return the item. If an item arrives and you don’t love it we welcome you to post it on Second Life.
