Send us an email at info@ecologyst.com with photos and a detailed description of what you’re hoping to have repaired.
The garment must be clean and sent with a note of the desired repair along with your contact information.
Our talented team will mend your beloved garment within 4-6 weeks.
Once repaired, we will ship your item back so it can continue being a beloved piece in your wardrobe.

Repairs for Life applies to ecologyst apparel that breaks down through standard wear purchased after January 1, 2015 with a verifiable record of purchase. To submit an item for repair, send an email to our Customer Experience team at info@ecologyst.com along with a description and photos of the item. Please tag the area that requires repair with a piece of tape so we don’t miss anything. If your garment happens to fall out of this window, we will do our best to find a solution, however there may be a charge in these instances based on the nature of the fix.
Most repairs are complimentary. If you purchased your garment before January 1, 2015, we will do our best to find a solution, however there may be a charge in these instances based on the nature of the fix. Please reach out to our team at info@ecologyst.com if you have any questions about your unique scenario. Please note that if a garment arrives dirty or unwashed, you will be charged a cleaning fee.
Our team works hard to make sure you can get your garments back as soon as possible. We will have them sent back to you within 4-6 weeks of the date we receive your item.
If you are located near a shop location, feel free to drop your garment off to be repaired. We offer free shipping for repairs within Canada for items that fall within our policy.
We’ll do our best to mend whenever we can, but sometimes pieces have seen too much love or become threadbare. In these cases, we recommend using these items for gardening, painting, or other fun activities, as well as rags.
Lifestyle hard goods, surfboards, belts and next-to-skin garments such as socks, masks and long johns (due to sanitary reasons) are all excluded products from our repairs for life offering.
Our damage exclusions include moth damage, stains, extreme use, misuse cases, and incorrect care or washing. Please read the care labels for directions on how to effectively look after your clothing, and get in touch if you have any questions.
We will need proof of purchase in order to process a repair, so make sure you get a receipt at the time of purchase to make sure you can take advantage of the repairs program.
