Second Life

The Womens Fisherman Full Zip - Second Life

The classic silhouette and style of our traditional 100% Merino Wool Fisherman sweater, with a full-length center zip and stand collar. The zipper and pull are metal, it has cuffable long sleeves, a relaxed hem that sits below the waist - this sweater is perfect for layering.

With a lighter feel and softer texture, Merino wool is grown by Merino sheep, making it a natural and renewable fiber. It’s thinner than regular wool, making it easy to wear next to the skin yet is still durable and warm enough for wet or cold weather. This thick knit is sustainably made from Donegal Yarns, and is spun to be naturally speckled.

Female model in Speckled Navy is 5'8" wearing a size Medium.
Female model in Specked Cream is 5'8" wearing a size Medium.

Wool is highly durable and anti-microbial, meaning it really doesn't need to be washed very often. Spot clean is usually enough. If you must wash it, here's how:

  • Lay flat to dry and store
  • Do not wash in warm or hot water
  • Do not put in the dryer
