The Heavy Wool Overshirt is crafted from heavyweight 23oz wool, the heaviest in our wool collections with beautiful texture and heathered color. A minimalist utility jacket, this design features a shirt-style collar, adjustable button cuffs, clean line chest pockets, and a lined yoke at the shoulders. This design uses Corozo buttons, made from the seeds of the tagua palm tree - chosen because they are natural, durable, and scratch-resistant alternatives to plastic.

This material is Climate Beneficial™ Wool, certified by Fibershed and sourced from California - we selected it for its focus on farmers and ranchers who practice carbon drawdown, a program that regenerates soil health and sequesters carbon at higher rates than conventional practices. This method also works to build resistance to drought, improves soil water retention, increases agricultural productivity naturally, and is a form of regenerative agriculture rooted in restoring ecosystem health long term.
